About Sam

I am a highly motivated, passionate professional with experience across all facets of business administration. I am a Chartered Accountant and am currently employed as the General Manager at Harris where I am able to utilize my extensive commercial acumen gained over working both in business and in a chartered environment for the past 18 years.

I am excited about helping Harris continue to grow by adding financial expertise, management and analytical experience and a strong work ethic to an already thriving management team. I am a natural leader with a collaborative style who doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty and leading by example.

My outstanding communication skills and high level of professionalism give me an ability to develop sound commercial relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Having previously held the role as General Manager of Penley Estate I also have experience across all facets of running a business as I was responsible for overseeing production, human resources, sales, marketing and finance

Over the past 18 years I have gained extensive experience in a number of senior financial roles developing & implementing successful financial reporting processes which monitor financial performances and allow senior management and board members to make informed and timely business decisions. I have a broad experience in a diverse range of industries and proven ability to adapt to change and to perform under pressure along with a well-developed grounding in accounting & taxation issues.
