Phil is the founder of Harris Real Estate, one of Australia’s most dynamic and fastest growing real estate companies. He is also the only South Australian to be recognised as both the REISA Salesperson of the Year and Golden Gavel Auctioneering Champion.

Whilst he may head up one of the most successful multi-office agencies in Australia his true passion hasn’t changed. Getting out there and achieving great results for his clients, both as a salesperson and auctioneer, is still his No.1 priority.

Phil’s success is built on more than 15 years experience in an Industry he loves, delivering outstanding results and experiences across a broad range of some of Adelaide’s most prestigious homes.

Having working in the real estate industry for 18 years, Anna is highly skilled and knowledgeable in business processes and improvements. She demonstrates a vast understanding of how each department operates and provides support to all of the different roles in the sales division. Anna is also expert in providing coaching and support to Team Managers and structuring elite teams at Harris Real Estate.

With a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate sales, Chaise implements systems, processes and policies to minimise compliance risks across the sales business. Managing a group of 20 sales support staff across all Harris Real Estate’s offices, she is highly knowledgeable in the day-to-day office operations, including management of new office fit outs and upgrades across all offices.

Applying her 11 years of real estate marketing experience to create effective brand strategies, Heidi’s focus is on the Harris brand at a company level along with personalised agent marketing. Utilising all marketing platforms, she ensures alignment across the whole organisation, overseeing digital and social media marketing, graphic design, brand creation, and refining large-scale development marketing.
