SELLING / BEST TIME OF YEAR

PhilHarris

When selling your property, timing can be imperative to a successful outcome.

Most will tell you that there is no better time to sell than in Spring, but we are here to tell you that February is just as good -if not better.

Why, do you ask? February still has the market demand but there is less stock available, making your home hot property. With restricted stock comes the bargaining power of being able to negotiate price in your favour.

Harris sold 119 properties in September 2017, compared with 105 homes in February 2017. We also saw a huge number of people through our open homes in February, meaning there were still buyers actively looking after missing out at the end of 2016.

So what are you waiting for? If you have been thinking of making a move, there is no better time to sell your property than in February. Take advantage of high demand and less competition to be able to achieve the best possible result.
